Detroit: Become Human for Windows

Detroit: Become Human is the king of the interactive cinema genre. David Cage brought new standards to the presentation of non-linear storytelling, and also brought back all the qualities that gamers loved Heavy Rain for.

Story

As in all movies or games related to robots, events unfold in the near future. Thanks to blue blood and biocomponents, an industrial revolution took place, as a result of which a company for the creation of androids, CyberLife, was opened.

Machines with brains quickly became a part of everyday life, mainly by doing routine work, thereby making life easier for people. This situation has significantly increased the economic performance of the company, because CyberLife products have penetrated into every area of ​​human life: cooks, salespeople, nurses, police officers, doctors and even the military.

However, along with unprecedented progress came unemployment – intelligent androids drove out most of the working class. Because of this, popular hatred began to grow. Humanoid technology has become a household item for people that can be broken, killed or perverted over it as you please, without fear of the consequences.

The story will be led by three characters: Connor, Kara and Marcus. Any character gains a sane consciousness, and also has a well-written storyline. They have a long way to go, meeting people, androids and actions that will test their strength.

Detroit: Become Human has a unique location assigned to a specific hero. The structure of the game resembles a TV series, which allows you to keep the player in suspense until the very final notes. Also, the interactive film raises serious questions that make you think and reconsider your views. And replaying the game bumping into a new development of events is sheer pleasure.

Building on past projects, Cage decided to dedicate the story to three key individuals:

• Connor – clearly based on Norman Jaden from Heavy Rain, but with a deeper moral dilemma. Androyd is a machine sent from CyberLife to help a traumatized detective. Throughout the entire time, Connor will have a choice: complete the mission or save people.
• Marcus is the one who will start the fight against slavery. In the past, as a caregiver for an old artist, Marcus fell victim to circumstance and was thrown into a landfill. After going through hell, the humanized robot will assume the role of the leader of the resistance.
• Kara – the player gets to know Kara from the first minutes of the game, when an alcoholic who loves to break on his daughter takes her from the repair. The branch of this character is very tragic, as if the players wanted to survive as much pity as possible.

Detroit: Become Human deserves attention, at least, because a game of this genre is unlikely to be surpassed by anyone in the near future. David Cage has definitely outdone himself by creating something new given the mistakes of the disastrous Beyond: Two Souls.
