Fall Guys – a vigorous mixture of the rules of the “Royal battle”, a platform mechanic and arcade ideas with a cartoon style, unique dynamic confrontations and spectacular maps, forcing each time to adjust to the events taking place.

There is no plot narration: in Fall Guys, you only have to fight opponents found on the network and selected depending on the number of victories and the gained skill. And not everyone can become a champion – the cartoon world is too unusual and harsh!

Gameplay and atmosphere

Events in Fall Guys unfold on pre-prepared maps, randomly selected by the game scenario depending on the current round. After loading the map, you have to literally survive, adjusting to the events taking place and pushing opponents apart, trying to cope with all the tasks much better.

There are many tasks – sometimes you need to move to the finish line, jumping over obstacles, sliding off the platforms, pressing the plates. From time to time you have to move huge balls, interact with the team, or even memorize the pictures that appear on the screen, and then adjust to the traps. In the final of each game scenario, divided into 5 rounds (as they survive, after each round, some of the participants are eliminated, only 1 will become the winner), you have to jump on multi-colored platforms, with all your might, holding onto the surface and avoiding getting into the water. Whoever lasts longer than the rest will have to break all the laurels.

Seasons, Updates & Content

The technical implementation of Fall Guys is still far from perfect, despite the number of updates released by the developers: problems with crashes and errors, low FPS and network code have not been resolved. There are still situations when, due to the disconnection of the connection, the chance to win is lost and you have to reload into the lobby, call friends and start new battles.

Sometimes content is also severely lacking: already 5-10 times bothers to cross long-familiar maps and survive where every edge of virtual lands has been explored. The situation is partially alleviated by “seasons”: thematic updates containing new content, including costumes for characters, maps and additional challenges based on new rules. Seasons change almost monthly: at the same time, the rating table is updated and the skill of everyone who dared to look into Fall Guys is partially recalculated, and therefore opponents will begin to pick up new ones and climb up the career ladder again …
