MadOut2 is a Hollywood blockbuster filled with drive, reckless gunfights and long racing races, combining concepts from the GTA series and a criminal environment saturated with pain and suffering.

In addition to non-standard gameplay combinations, the developers also took care of the universe around – the world resembles a cross between Soviet cities with sleeping areas and familiar cars, and a war zone where the shooting does not stop for a minute, and life is not worth even a couple of wooden rubles.

• A seamless and completely open world available for comprehensive exploration in MadOut2: BigCityOnline, without being tied to story missions or mandatory challenges. From the start, it’s easy to explore cities and wastelands, interact with characters and wage battles;
• The game MadOut2: Big City is full of cars – trucks with trailers, cars with a rusted body, sports cars that can easily accelerate to prohibitive speeds – everyone is able to find an iron horse to their liking;
• The developers did not come up with a plot narration in the action movie, but they added special chapters, divided into trials of varying difficulty. To pass, you will have to deal with tricks, transport goods and climb the career ladder, overtaking competitors;
• In addition to artificial intelligence, multiplayer tasks are also provided – you have to compete with random opponents or invited friends. And, as practice suggests, to win you have to experiment for hours and develop skill. Well, if you wish, you can easily crush enemies with an authority in the chat.

Gameplay and Challenges

The game MadOut2 takes place in an unknown universe, represented by several related locations, depicting a city saturated with crime, and a desert with abandoned factories, and villages with miniature houses and sown fields. The world looks curious, but there is practically no time to look at the sights – after a short introduction, endless battles will begin, where you will have to fight, transport goods, steal cars and replenish your virtual account with gold coins using deception and robberies.

The gameplay in MadOut2: Big City Online is largely focused on GTA, where similar entertainment has long been provided (including in online modes). But, despite the kind of plagiarism, the action movie still looks curious – this is due to the curtsey towards the Soviet era and the domestic car industry (garages, abandoned areas, scattered garbage cans), and curious dialogues that return to the past. All that is missing is a strong storyline that can conquer curious characters, but there will be no problems with multiplayer interaction – you can have fun with friends in different ways.

Versions and Access

MadOut2 was released on Android and iOS mobile operating systems, as well as on Windows, MacOS and Linux computers. On every available platform, similar content is presented – the same modes, skirmishes and scenery, a similar principle of selecting opponents and allies. Cross-platform elements, however, are not provided – in MadOut2: Big City Online on Android, you cannot intersect with crime bosses from iOS or computers.

A furious action movie based on the Free-To-Play model is being distributed. You don’t have to pay for both PC and mobile platforms – all the functionality opens immediately (missions, trials, modes), but you will have to pay extra for additional benefits, such as cars. The amounts provided are different – from 299 rubles for a modest collection of coins, up to 5 thousand for a set of equipment in MadOut2: Big City on PC. Whether it is worth paying depends on the desired result. If it is important to get rich before others and take a leading position in the ranking, then why wait? In other cases, MadOut2 on Android, iOS and PC is easy to get rich without additional investments.

Verdict

MadOut2 is a large-scale blockbuster with an open world, a spectacular combat system, pursuits and gunfights: almost every element of the gameplay is easy to write down in the pros, but it’s hard to forget about the shortcomings. There are still a lot of problems – errors and crashes, cars hovering above the ground, missing textures, servers that take a long time to pick up: even with a strong desire, it is sometimes impossible to concentrate on the passage. The atmosphere is also spoiled by the strange inhabitants of the multiplayer mode, as if deliberately violating the rules and interfering with the rest. It’s a pity that the administration is in no hurry to put things in order and forces the old-timers to look more and more in the direction of their competitors.
