Monzo for Android

Monzo is an unusual application where users collect digital copies of models of cars, tanks, dinosaurs and aircraft produced by the manufacturer “Revell”. After the final assembly, the resulting object becomes available for coloring and transformation by applying various stickers.

The first thing users pay attention to is the build process. As is the case with the original models, instructions are included in the kit to help you figure out the sequence of fastening the parts. The problem is that every action and connection point is highlighted in advance, which makes the Monzo constructor less interesting and less fun.

The detailing of objects deserves special attention. It is top-notch and the top-notch graphics complement the “wow” effect. If the assembled model implies moving components, then they can be activated by clicking on the corresponding button. In special cases, the assembly process is accompanied by comments about the history of the creation of the device or the characteristics of a living creature (we are talking about dinosaurs).

At the end of the assembly, you have access to experiments to give a unique style to the object, transforming its color or complementing it with stickers from the available sets. Monzo also has a screenshot tool inside the app. The resulting pictures are stored in memory or can be posted on a page in one of the social networks. The Monzo app is shareware, there are no ads (apart from the original Revell models), but there is paid content in the form of purchased bundles. The latter include:

Some Monzo models offer expert mode. It implies that the user can collect objects without assistance and in any order. Assemblies are scored on a 3-star system. Perfect execution will be followed by a pleasant encouragement from the developers and access to additional content from the store.
