This War of Mine for Windows

This War of Mine – you play not as an elite soldier, but as a group of civilians trying to survive in a besieged city; struggle with shortages of food, medicine, and constant danger from snipers and hostile scavengers. The game gives the experience of war seen from a completely new perspective.

The pace of This War of Mine is determined by the change of day and night. During the day, snipers outside prevent you from leaving the shelter, so you need to focus on maintaining the shelter: building, trading, and taking care of your survivors. At night, take one of your civilians with you and go in search of items in unique locations that will help you stay alive.

Make decisions about life and death guided by your conscience. Try to protect everyone from your hideout or sacrifice some of them for long term survival. There are no good or bad decisions in war; there is only survival. The sooner you understand this, the better.
