SpaceEngine for Windows

SpaceEngine is a space simulator that allows you to explore the universe based on real astronomical data. The game provides the opportunity to travel through galaxies, stars and planets using realistic graphics and physics. Players can customize their ships, explore new planets, and discover new stars and galaxies. SpaceEngine also includes the ability to create your own scenes and objects for use in the game.

SpaceEngine is a 1:1 scale science simulator of the Universe, featuring billions and billions of galaxies, nebulae, stars and planets shown in full real-life scale. Explore Earth and its neighboring solar system worlds, orbit a black hole in a galaxy billions of light years away, or visit everything in between seamlessly and seamlessly.

You can explore all of time and space – travel between the stars at a million times the speed of light, and speed up time to watch the orbital movements of thousands of worlds unfold before your eyes. Each planet in SpaceEngine that you encounter on your journey will have a procedural 3D terrain with detailed textures. Everything you see in the sky – stars and galaxies, planets and moons, asteroids and comets, black holes and neutron stars, star clusters and nebulae – you can explore with the touch of a button.

A spaceship with Newtonian physics and autopilot functionality (early in development but fully usable) allows you to fly anywhere in the universe in Flight Simulator mode. SpaceEngine is also very convenient for modders and addons – create your own planets, star systems and even galaxies, import your own spaceship models, create your own GUI skins and much more, all of which can be easily shared with others.
