Whether they will be randomly generated settlers, successfully recruited prisoners after a bandit raid, or the same as you, “fallout” … Each character in the game has its own special skills, character and biography. A cousin in a nearby slave settlement? Please! Alcoholic? Give two! What about a misogynist with a low threshold for stress tolerance? Pray that your heroes will not be afraid of mining, construction and cooking, and will not have serious injuries and diseases.

RimWorld is not about tactical battles or survival at all. RimWorld is primarily about storytelling. The story is about scouts and botanists, pyromaniacs and gambling addicts, war refugees and space smugglers, gathered together by the will of fate and forced to get along with each other.
