Middle-earth: Shadow of War for Windows

Middle-earth: Shadow of War is an Action-RPG with Stealth elements. Gamers will become Talion, a former Gondorian ranger who is obsessed with a thirst for revenge on Sauron and his Nazgul.

A distinctive feature of the game was the interaction with the orcs, because Mordor cannot be captured alone, which forced Talion to use “help”. Orcs and Uruks have a level of relationship with the protagonist, on which their further actions will depend. For example, if you save an orc captain from death, he will come to the aid of a ranger when he is in mortal danger. In Middle-earth: Shadow of War, gamers will have to face new types of opponents, as well as storming fortresses, sometimes using siege weapons.

In the game Middle-earth: Shadow of War, the ending is provided in two versions. The non-canon one will be in the third act, and the real one – in the fourth, where the meat grinder itself will begin. It is here that the main plot twist takes place – the protagonist suddenly, due to the betrayal of Celebrimbor, becomes one of the Nazgуловl. Having built his stronghold in Minas Morgul, on one willpower, Talion tries to take Barad-Dur and not fall under the influence of the Dark Lord.

In Shadow of War, add-ons not only provide new content, but also advance the plot a little, leading it to an unexpected ending in the fourth act. To pass it, you need to prepare well and reach the maximum level. There are two story additions in total:

Middle-earth: Shadow of War Blade of Galadriel

In the game Shadow of War, Galadriel exerts his influence, trying to prevent a full-scale war, by destroying the main commanders of Sauron’s army – the Nazgul. The player will have to take control of Eltariel – a warrior capable of fighting on equal terms with these creatures of Darkness.

Middle-earth: Shadow of War Wastes of Mordor

In this stealth-focused add-on, the gamer takes control of Baranor, who dreams of avenging the orcs for the destruction of Minas Ithil. He does not have special powers, but he is able to recruit mercenaries into his army to defeat the enemy.

To comfortably complete the game, some useful tips will come in handy:

• A good increase in experience is given by completing the tasks of “Nemesis”. You should not disdain to help an allied orc in battle, or kill some particularly nimble asshole. Sometimes you can get an extra captain as a reward, which is also good.
• Capturing outposts provides not only control of the territory, but also gives a lot of experience for it. You should not neglect such actions, because the level of Talion depends on what kind of equipment he can use.
• Vendetta missions allow you to open the multiplayer part of the game. In it, the player must defeat those orc captains who were able to defeat other players. This is a great way to level up and discover new things.

In Middle-earth: Shadow of War, the Ithildins left doors, and to open them, you will need to put the words in the Ithildin poem in the correct sequence. There are “Ithildin” doors in each location in the amount of one piece. If you open all of them, the player will receive a set of powerful equipment, with which you can go through the rest of the story.

The mechanics of the game Middle-earth: Shadow of War seriously limit the acquisition of new skill points, therefore, before the passage of the fourth act, it is best to complete Vendetta missions for a while, since then the player will have to meet with active betrayal among the orc captains and constant sieges using the entire Uruk elite.
