Deceit is a game of trust or a test of your instincts. At the beginning of the game, you will wake up in an unknown room with five players. Two of you will be infected. The task of the infected is to kill all innocent people, and the task of the innocent is to identify the infected, vote for their exclusion and get out.

During the passage of the game Deceit, power outages will occur, which will give rise to the attack of the infected, who can turn into a Monster. Choose your allies and find items that will help you survive the attack of the infected, but keep in mind that these same items can be taken by the infected.

The atmosphere of these rooms was chosen specifically in order to cause quarrels and various conflict situations among the players who are trying to identify the infected. The infected may try to clear themselves from suspicion while other players carefully monitor the behavior of other players.

All your actions can affect the game. You may be suspected of lying, or you can prove your innocence. But it must be borne in mind that the infected can blame you for what you did not do.

During power outages, the premises become gloomy and the infected can turn into Monsters, which gives them such advantages as fast running, night vision, and so on. But the innocent also have an advantage against Monsters – a flashlight or a flash camera, since Monsters are vulnerable to light.

1. Alex Freeman – journalist, hacktivist
