RIO: Raised In Oblivion is an online survival game set in Rio de Janeiro, you strive to survive in the midst of an apocalypse that is caused by a virus that has infected most of the world’s population. so as not to lose all people. In response to the virus, the government has built walls around areas where most of those infected live.

In RIO: Raised In Oblivion, you are just another survivor in the infected area, you need to flee to the cities to find food, liquids, medicine and weapons in order to survive. If you cannot survive alone, you can count on a group system where you can invite friends or strangers who are online on the server to help you find resources or even dominate areas where other groups dominate.
