Home Quarantine is an application that simplifies the compulsory home quarantine in Poland.

The application is a preventive element in the fight against the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and the COVID-19 disease it causes.
Thanks to the application, you can go through quarantine, take care of yourself and your loved ones.

What is COVID-19 disease?

The new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 causes a disease called COVID-19, which usually manifests itself with fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle aches and fatigue. The virus is transmitted by airborne droplets, and 15-20% of all patients suffer from a severe course of infection. The lethality from the disease is 2-3%. Elderly people, people with weakened immune systems and people with underlying medical conditions, in particular chronic diseases, are most vulnerable and can contract a severe form of the disease that can be fatal.

How to protect yourself from the virus?

Remember to wash your hands frequently with soap and water. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. When you cough or sneeze, always cover your mouth and nose with a fold of your elbow or tissue. Keep a safe distance (1-2 meters) from people who cough, sneeze, or have a high fever.
