Superhex.io is an experimental tactical puzzle game with meditative gameplay, sketched decorations and an international leaderboard with championship titles and combat awards.

The developers of Superhex.io propose to compete in a non-standard mode: from the start you have to move around the global map and consistently, accurately calculating actions, repaint empty cells in different colors. You need to act quickly, but prudently – if the enemies cross the trail left by the selected character, the Game Over splash screen will appear on the screen with lightning speed, and at the same time – the offer to start the passage again.

Gameplay and Challenges

You will have to start your career as a strategist in Superhex.io not from a training chapter divided into tasks, but directly from a new multiplayer chapter, where you will have to consistently master, experimenting at every step and spying on competitors. There is little to remember – you cannot leave a long trail, otherwise the enemies will destroy the chain, and you also need to attack sharply and unexpectedly.

The rest of the details will become known in the future – after 10-15 matches. There will be an incentive to develop, and at the same time, the head and hands will begin to throw up non-standard ideas. It is a pity that it is impossible to calculate each step, and therefore the probability of making a mistake is still high.

Atmosphere, Rewards & Modes

Events in Superhex.io unfolds on an unpretentious gladiatorial arena, divided into cells, initially painted in gray, but later “captured” by fearless virtual warriors and taking on a new color.

There are several competitive goals: the developers offer to fight with competitors, crossing someone else’s “trail” in time, and trying to grab the maximum possible area on the map. The problem is not new – a similar gameplay is offered by many puzzles of the IO family. But Superhex.io has some tricks up its sleeve. We are also talking about a slightly more meditative gameplay, excluding bonuses, special rewards or boosters, and therefore you do not have to calculate each action in a hurry. And the puzzle often twists the difficulty, forcing you to beware of the emerging obstacles.

Competition in Superhex.io will be in multiplayer mode – no one will even allow you to experiment in battles with artificial intelligence. The harsh combat introduction, oddly enough, doesn’t spoil the puzzle. Quite the opposite – it becomes necessary to eliminate the habit of using the “draft” and focus on the struggle for survival from the first attempt …
