Simple Spider Solitaire for Windows

Spider Solitaire is fast to download and completely free. It works great on a Windows computer, laptop or tablet. This game is exactly like the classic Spider Solitaire that used to be on Windows. After choosing the settings, classic spider solitaire opens a desktop with 10 or 8 columns of cards. The top one is turned upside down, the cards below are face down.

The essence of the game is to collect a complete deck from ace to king of the same suit. When such a deck is assembled, it is automatically destroyed. You can move cards one by one or in a group. A prerequisite is that each card can be placed on a card with a higher rank, that is, the seven is placed on the eight, the queen on the ace. To move a group of cards, you need a set of the correct rank, as well as one suit. After rearranging the cards, it may happen that the possible moves are exhausted. In this case, the user opens a new row. There are 5 new rows in total. After their completion and the end of the steps, the Spider game is considered lost.

The essence of the Spider Solitaire game is that the player must remove all laid out cards from the field. At the very beginning, the solitaire looks like this: there are 10 piles of cards on the field, each of which contains from 5 to 6 cards. The top card of the pile is dealt face down. In addition, the player has 5 other piles, which are laid out face down. The stack is formed randomly and any cards can be there. The player’s task is to collect decks of cards of the same suit from king to ace, moving them around the field. Each collected deck is sent to the discard – for this the player receives points. In total, the game has several modes with a different number of suits:

• 1 suit in Spider Solitaire is the mode from which you should begin your acquaintance with the principles of the game. On the field, the player has only “spades” cards. Collecting them in a deck is easy enough – make sure that the deck from the bottom of the board does not interfere with moving cards.
• The 2-suit mode of the game makes the task more difficult for the player. The cards “spades” and “hearts” appear on the field. The main problem is the movement of cards: if you can take several cards in the correct order in the same suit of Spider Solitaire, then here you still need to keep track of their suit.
• 4 suits provide the full range of possible cards: spades, hearts, crosses and diamonds. To win this Spider Solitaire mode, the player needs to be careful and use logic. It turns out to be an excellent brain trainer.

To stimulate the player in solitaire there is a counter of moves, points and time. The user can get detailed statistical information about his successes in the results section of the Spider Solitaire game. The player has access to information about the number of wins, the best time, the best winning moves and the score in each of the modes presented. Another nice bonus for winning each game is the funny animation of the cards removed from the field – by the way, it changes from mode to mode.
