Matchington Mansion for Windows

Matchington Mansion is a colorful, large-scale and extraordinarily challenging match 3 puzzle game. And, although the developers from Firecraft Studios have chosen quite standard concepts (the classic mechanics of collecting monochrome figures will not impress anyone), it is still interesting to compete and move towards perfection.

And the only reason for that is the presence of an extraordinary storyline centered around the old family mansion, inherited by the protagonist of the Matchington Mansion puzzle. Oddly enough, it is still too early to rejoice at the gift – the three-story brick house has long been overgrown with cobwebs, and is diligently falling apart, turning past memories into dust. But it seems that the chances of returning the lost beauty of the mansion are still possible – you just have to arm yourself with enthusiasm and focus on buying furniture and designing the interior. And repairs will not hurt.

Atmosphere

The mansion at Matchington Mansion is extremely believable. The developers have well thought out both the entourage and the interior, and additional details that allow believing in the events taking place. The method of renovation has also been thought out – in Matchington Mansion you will have to consistently move between rooms and diligently build up every corner, using accessories and buying furniture of the chosen style.

Levels

Events always unfold on small playing fields of unpredictable shape. The goal of each level is to understand the current requirements and regulations. Basically, you will have to collect figures of a certain color, but in some situations you need to score points or move different blocks to achieve the desired result. Level restrictions are also provided. In 99% of cases, you will have to monitor the consumption of moves. And another 1% is allocated for tasks, where a time counter is available.

Complexity

The levels acquire additional difficulty within 15 minutes after the start. And you can notice the changes with the naked eye, and in several ways at once. Firstly, the playing field becomes more and more strange each time, which makes it much more difficult to make moves (it is banal not to build a line of 3 or 4 single-colored pieces).

Secondly, the moves are always lacking, and the bonuses end with some kind of cosmic speed. And one more thing – the rewards are much less. If earlier, after 3 levels, there was an opportunity to perform several actions at once, then at some point it will remain to observe the eternal lack of budget for the main character.
