Kings Bounty Legions was originally released as a browser game for social networks VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, Facebook and Mail.Ru. It moved to the mobile platform in 2013 in its original form. In 2019, the project looks outdated. The fighters’ models were taken from Kings Bounty Legend of the Knight, which looks better apart from its browser sequel, despite its release in 2008.

The music is excellent, taken from the same Legend of the Knight. From there, the sounds of blows and shouts of creatures migrated. The controls are optimized for touch screens, but playing on devices with a diagonal of less than 6.0-inches becomes problematic. During the game test, the interface stopped responding, messages from the chat were not loaded. What is the reason for this error is not clear. Reinstalling, deleting the cache and application files did not fix the problem.

The game was published by Nival for devices running Android and iOS. There is a Steam version for PC users. On mobile devices, the project is free, there are no pop-up ads, the size of in-app purchases ranges from 74 to 7490 rubles. Requires a persistent internet connection.
