Bowmasters is a grandiose and unique military-tactical arcade game with a turn-based combat system, elementary controls and extensive competitive opportunities.
The game allows you to prove your own superiority and skill, both in PvP mode and in the format of a simple plot narrative, where the final result depends on each action, and the complexity grows after each completed task.
Developers from playgendary offer to start passing (or testing) after completing a full-fledged training chapter, which tells all about the rules, goals and some tricks that can help achieve your goals. Skipping this introduction is strictly not recommended. The risk of losing the first matches and, disappointed in the arcade, is too serious, choosing a new entertainment. But in vain – it is Bowmasters that makes the convolutions stir!
Game distribution method
The arcade is officially distributed in the Google Play and App Store digital stores, and, accordingly, is available on the Android and iOS operating systems. The PC version is once again delayed – maybe you should stop waiting and use the Nox App Player emulator.
The distribution model is Free To Play. But, as is the case with other arcade games of the same genre, it would not be bad to pay for some features. So, for example, exclusive things are opened and specially blocked characters with incredible abilities. Do you always want to win? You will have to deposit from 75 to 1000 rubles (and even more). However, you should not count only on such help – even Hercules will not defeat anyone without personal skill!
Mechanics and rules
Battles in Bowmasters take place in picturesque 2D locations in a 1v1 duel format. Characters appear from different sides of the screen (users are responsible for one, the enemy is the other), and then the massacre begins.
Each hero is required to inflict damage on a potential enemy using improvised tools (the type of weapon and equipment directly depends on the chosen character – someone wields standard arrows, while others launch hats, grenades and other items that cause two types of damage – main and additional).
Victory is given to the one who was the first to “empty” the enemy’s vitality bar. As a rule, each duel lasts from 3 to 10 minutes, it all depends on skill and scenery.
Bowmasters game modes
There are two ways to have fun, test your ingenuity, cunning and strategic thinking.
The first one is completely devoted to online battles, where the rating is strictly taken into account, the results are always entered into the leaderboard, and the champions are replaced almost every day. And the second is focused on “Training Elements”. The developers offer to shoot at various targets and develop skills, and at the same time get coins and unlock new equipment with characters.
Downloading Bowmasters is also worth it because of the design. Or, to be more precise, accessible animation and scenery. Launched projectiles here always reach their target in the most severe way, tearing enemies to pieces. Arms, legs, and even heads fly off, and blood spills all over the screen. Cruelty is incredible, but if such changes occur not with the main character, but with the enemy, even pleasant.
