TfL Pay to Drive in London

To improve air quality, an Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) will be in place in central London from 8 April 2019. This will cover the same area as the Congestion Charge zone.

With the Pay to drive in London app you will be able to:
— Pay for Congestion Charge, ULEZ, and LEZ charges
— Pay for previous day, today, or tomorrow charges
— Pay Penalty Charge Notices
— View map of zones and check if a postcode is in a charging area
— Sign up to Auto Pay and save on the daily Congestion Charge
— Manage your account, vehicles, and payment details
— Review payment history
