Geometry Dash is a dynamic platformer with gameplay sharpened to a musical rhythm, sci-fi style and constantly changing challenges that force you to plan every step in advance and adapt to obstacles and traps around at lightning speed.

Geometry Dash takes place in a fictional universe, where you have to move through strange worlds, consisting of blocks and geometric shapes. The goal is to get to the finish line without making mistakes and spending a minimum of time to get into the leaderboard. • Atmospheric design of the environment, devoid of almost all sorts of landmarks, but still depicting space, distant galaxies with planets and scenery of unexplored sectors of the solar system;
• Hardcore gameplay, unforgiving of mistakes and forcing you to memorize every action in your attempts to get to the finish;
• Challenges change as you progress beyond recognition. Innocent tasks at the start in half an hour will resemble a devil’s joke: endless jumps, portals, transitions and flights. How not to get lost in such a strange world is another question;
• Built-in configurator to download additional challenges and costumes for your character.

Atmosphere & Gameplay

The gameplay in Geometry Dash is extremely intense: after the start of each test, the selected character (and the appearance is allowed to change in a special configurator) begins to move to the right along the prepared plane. The movement is uniform (you can neither accelerate nor slow down), but the obstacles that appear prevent you from reaching the finish line. And this is not about standard abysses, where it is easy to fall, gape for a couple of seconds. And about cleverly composed combinations of traps. Here platforms and moving mechanisms appear on the way, there – platforms are falling apart under your feet, and in a second you need to adjust to the narrow framework of a strange cave from the distant future.

Every second in Geometry Dash resembles a struggle for life, where you cannot think, but you must either memorize the time of each jump, or be inspired by music and react exactly to the beat. Regardless of the choice, the platformer will make you not be distracted by extraneous matters. The developers are trying to keep the viewer both by the dynamics of the events taking place, and by intricate tests, when the solution is close, but an error forces the player to start anew, and by awards that allow changing the image of the protagonist.

Content and Updates

After the release in Geometry Dash, the developers counted more than a hundred tests, designed both for beginners who are still mastering the magic of strange gameplay with musical accompaniment, and for professionals who are able to move with closed eyes along a virtual obstacle course. A little later, new levels of increased complexity were added. But the community also dealt with additional content with lightning speed. That is why the platformer has got support for maps from the “Workshop”. New challenges allow you to download directly from the Geometry Dash, expanding the collection and each time even more immersed in a world of traps and secrets.

Technical updates for Geometry Dash appear less and less. And it is no coincidence: the developers figured out the errors and problems long ago, and at the same time coped with the optimization. The platformer no longer overloads the system more than usual and allows you to compete without interruption.
