Torchlight 2 – according to the plot, Ordrak – the oldest dragon – brought the world a lot of troubles, as it was a source of corruption. He was killed outside a small mining town called Torchlight. Three heroes did it: the Alchemist, the Destroyer and the Conqueror.

Time passed, and the Alchemist was seriously worried about the dangers that exuded Amber – a magical mineral. It is scary to imagine that the mineral could cause the Emberite Plague. It was this disease that the former protagonist suffered from. The alchemist commits many desperate acts: he destroys Torchlight, steals the Heart of Ordrak, takes the life of the Powers, and she was his ally in the battle with the dragon. He travels the planet in order to catch powerful creatures in the game Torchlight 2. The object of the Alchemist’s hunt is the Elemental Guardians. They control the balance of the six elements, whose power is capable of completely destroying Amber.

The new heroes are faced with a difficult task – to overcome the devastation left by the Alchemist, and bring to a state of order the chaos that he created by his actions.

Torchlight 2 Features

• The game universe has expanded significantly. From now on, the main character can travel between several cities, which means long distances.
• Design and graphics have reached a new level: their quality has improved significantly.
• The systems for changing the weather and time of day are used.
• The gamer can change even small details in the appearance of the main character.
• Animal Familiars, the choice of which has increased significantly, are allowed to be fed with fish caught in rivers and ponds. True, there is a chance that for some time, maybe even forever, the pet will become a terrible monster.
• There are four character classes in the game, each of which has a scale of the third energy type, with the exception of mana and health.
• Torchlight 2 has a single player game mode as well as a multiplayer version. Cooperative passage is possible not only through the Internet, but even through the home network.
• The maximum group size is six people. The number of opponents depends on the number of people taking part in the multiplayer session.
