Description

SCP: Secret Laboratory is a free-to-play multiplayer horror game based in large part on the SCP Foundation series and its expanded universe of monsters and the paranormal.

The main goal of the SCP Foundation (also the “Foundation”) is to protect the world from any entities, objects or phenomena, without exception, that are considered potential threats to humanity, and, thus, to maintain the normality of the modern world. Recently, however, the forces of the Chaos Insurgency have begun to act against the Foundation in search of a future dominated by humanity.

Who will you play in SCP: Secret Laboratory

D-Class Personnel – Prisoners contained within Foundation facilities as laboratory rats; Subjects at the mercy of Foundation atrocities. Flee from your castles and rise up against the prisoners – by any means.

Foundation scientists – researchers, engineers and subdivision specialists; you must ensure your own survival until MTF pulls you out of the ensuing pandemonium. Use your wits and access cards to survive. But beware of the D-class scurrying under you; they will do everything to break out of their limitations.

The Nine-Tailed Fox squads are the first MTF squads to respond to an emergency. Your mission: retrieve valuable Foundation personnel and with maximum vigor eliminate or re-contain escaped SCPs.

Foundation Security – Territory security personnel tasked with bringing order to the chaos. Evacuate scientists, eliminate D-class personnel, re-contain escaped SCPs, and above all, do whatever it takes to restore your object to normal.

Chaos Insurgency – Once a simple splinter cell, now a formidable military might, but still only a shadow of their former Foundation employers. Your primary goal is to clear the facility of Foundation personnel and seize “assets” believed to be in the best interests of Delta Command, your elusive overseers.

SCP Entities – Generally hostile, anomalous sentient beings, all of which are very different from each other. You must consider yourself the enemy of all people, and formidable ones. Do not accept any attempt at compromise – you are just death.

Every match brings new experiences, thrills and threats. You will fight for survival with every faction: SCP entities rampage on their way to escape, Chaos Insurgency sabotages the Foundation, MTF and Security are mobilized to ensure the safety of the facility, and armed Scientists and D-Class personnel who refuse to accept a no answer. … Get ready for anything.

Rest assured, you will face many threats. Friends and foes will raise weapons against you – you can be destroyed by the Tesla gate, or perhaps the hydrogen bomb lying right under your feet will begin a countdown to the explosion. There are many ways to die, but in turn there are many ways to survive in such a hell.
SCP: SL includes an ever-growing list of SCP objects:

Playable SCPs

SCP-049 is an archaic plague healer whose sole purpose is to “cure” those afflicted by the “plague.” Contact means death, but only for a moment; you may find that one of the side effects of a good doctor’s surgery is giving up such an easy end.

SCP-079 – Sentient A.I. which has access to most of the equipment and monitoring systems of the facility. When the subject is under his control, beware of doors that you lock tightly so that security will cause your demise. And always remember: you never know who can watch.

SCP-096 – An extremely slender and fragile-looking humanoid. No wonder he hides his face. A simple glance at him will cause a state of uncontrollable rage, in which he destroys everything around him with his enormous power. Running is useless. Don’t even peep.

SCP-106 – A humanoid composed of an anomalous substance of a charcoal black color. Contact means certain death, or presumably its equivalent. Suppose you are never safe while 106 looms are in operation.

SCP-173 – At first glance, a simple concrete sculpture. At a second glance, you will notice that it is somehow closer. There is no third glance – by that time you are already dead.

SCP-939 – A pack-dependent predator that intelligently mimics human voices to trick and capture desired prey. Remember who your allies are. Beware of the one you trust. Do not fall for random imitations, otherwise you will pay off with a bite.
