New goal system in Pro Cycling Manager 2021

We’ve revised the goal system to make it more realistic and give you more freedom. You can now set any number of targets for all of your riders (but too many targets will certainly affect their fatigue). But you will have to constantly rethink your choices throughout the season, because unforeseen circumstances (fatigue, calendar changes, etc.) will affect the morale of your riders.

We’ve also developed a new AI to manage the challenges of the riders and improve the distribution of leaders in the important races of the season.

• This new system also includes changes to the state and fatigue system:
• Race types are considered for fatigue management, with some races and conditions more demanding than others: classic cobblestone, weather, competition for a place in the general classification in multi-day races.
