The classic Paint program has received an updated look, as well as many new brushes and tools. In addition, it is now possible to create in all dimensions. Create 2D masterpieces or 3D models that you can work with from any angle.

Paint 3D Toolkit

First of all, it is worth noting the presence of standard methods of interaction that save even those who are not involved in art in any way. Paint 3D still helps to crop pictures downloaded from the network (section “Canvas”, item – “Resize”) and cut out some individual fragments (item “Crop” in the upper left corner).

The purpose of the “Brushes” has not changed either, of which, however, there are much more. Marker, pencil, pixel pen, spray paint, pencils, erasers – from the variety offered, it is easy to collect those pictures that you previously had to dream about. And Paint 3D is able to feel pressure and change transparency in no time.

New items of the Paint 3D toolkit are the sections “Two-dimensional” and “Three-dimensional shapes”. Both in the first and in the second case, you can work with the existing set of materials or download new elements and sources from your computer. And here they are allowed to draw in three-dimensional space, using the “Sketch” section, and drawing out the lines you like on a snow-white canvas.

After preparation, the lines will close and the result will be a cross between a two-dimensional drawing with 3D edges, a falling shadow and additional graphic elements that allow you to know the “depth” of the image.

By the way, the 2D and 3D sections are combined – it is worth preparing a couple of pictures and you can transfer artistic gifts to three-dimensional cubes, spheres or cylinders. Such combinations look non-standard, and therefore instantly attract attention.

Remaining on the Paint 3D quick access panel, the “Text”, “Stickers” and “Effects” sections help you work with textures, transfer additional objects to the canvas, add inscriptions and emoticons, and also change the position of the falling shadows and twist the texture for additional detail or atmosphere. There are no surprises, but professionals will definitely be satisfied – perhaps even the famous competitors of Paint 3D cannot find such a variety (especially from those that are distributed free of charge).
