Forged of Blood pushes the boundaries of depth and mechanical complexity in today’s turn-based tactical RPG. Classless character building, strategic controls and tactical gameplay for small units combine to create a multi-layered experience that puts players in the midst of a civil war in a morally gray fantasy world.

Forged of Blood is a game that requires tough decisions and harsher consequences, and forces players to make decisions at all levels of the game. On the battlefield, character build, turn order efficiency, and placement will be the keys to victory. A tactical fantasy free from constraints. Creating your own character has rarely been so liberating with 9 weapon types, each with their own ability trees, as well as 6 shared ability trees. Going into battle, players will be able to assemble individual groups of five characters, each with two sets of weapons and the ability to respond to any tactical situation.

Forged of Blood gives players direct control over the powerful magical powers they can wield in battle, allowing spells to be crafted from 6 different Primitives, each with 8 classes of effects that can be individually modified with 12 effect modifiers. The spell is then shaped and customized using 12 unique global modifiers. This is the spell it should be.

Philosophy of war

With a focus on player choice, Forged of Blood emphasizes the morally gray world of Attiras with a personality trait system that tracks the player’s actions on a triaxial personality index. Without light or darkness, good or bad, right or wrong, actions are judged according to three philosophies: altruism, rationalism and hedonism. Small unit tactics on a global scale. Your powers are few, but the world is great.

Forged of Blood is a game where you can win on and off the battlefield as players control 3 parties across the vast continent of Attiras. Striking a balance between direct conquest, pacifying conquered territories, and managing your character growth will prove that while tactics can win the battle, strategy will win the war.
