Description

FIFA 23 will be the last game in the series to bear this title. All further parts will already be called EA Sports FC.

When a sequel to a sports sim comes out, players will inevitably expect improvements, new modes and settings. Here are the features of FIFA 23 that are interesting to know about.

Hypermotion 2

The first mention of Hypermotion technology arose at the release of FIFA 22. The developers collected data from real football matches, used the motion capture of football players to make the picture in the game smoother and more realistic.

In FIFA 23, the technology has been developed. From time to time, a special mode of repeating dangerous moments is activated in the game: an infographic appears indicating, for example, from how many meters the player hit the goal, what speed the ball developed in flight. Movements can be seen in slow motion, which also adds to the beauty of the gameplay.

Additional gameplay improvements

As with every new FIFA game, a number of other changes and improvements have been made to FIFA 23. For example, more options are available when taking free kicks and penalties. Now the player will be able to better control the execution of these techniques. The physics engine has been updated, although bugs like the ball passing through the legs are still present.

World Cup

One of the main sporting events of the year is the World Cup in Qatar. Naturally, this cannot but be reflected in the game. Moreover, licenses from the International Football Federation are still valid. It is possible that a separate add-on will be released closer to December 2022. The current championship is unique in that the competition will be held in winter rather than summer.

Women’s Club Teams in FIFA 23

The ability to play for women’s national teams appeared in FIFA 16. The last part allows you to take part in several championships at the club level. So far, tournaments such as Barclays Women’s Super League (England) and Division 1 Arkema (France) have been added to the game.

Real coaches in career mode

Career mode has been and remains the most interesting for many players. Despite the fact that FIFA is released annually, significant career changes are rare.

When starting a career for a club in FIFA 23, the user will have a choice: create their own coach or choose one of the real ones, for example, Eric Ten Hag (Manchester United coach). The developers of the game have prepared a separate surprise for fans of the Ted Lasso series. By taking control of Ted and the Richmond Football Club, you can start a new history of victories.

Play team moments only

Another exciting new feature coming to FIFA 23 Career Mode is Game Moments. Traditionally, the mode allowed players to play matches in one of two ways – either play to the end, or simulate and see only the result. The Playable Highlights feature will be a kind of golden mean. As the name implies, this option gives the player control only in the highlights of the match, which will be decisive. The importance of the moment is determined by the game based on the characteristics of the two teams.

Fifa 23 Player Career Updates

Career for one player is a rather interesting mode where you can experience the whole path of a football player from the first substitutions to getting into various world clubs. FIFA 23 has added new solutions, purchases, and even the ability to invest in-game money. Decisions affect the player’s personality type. There are three of them: the core, the loner and the maestro. Choosing a solution adds points of one type. Each personality type gives bonuses to the player’s stats.

FIFA 23 system requirements

If you are planning to play FIFA 23 on PC, you will need a powerful computer. At minimum settings, you need an Intel Core i5 6600k or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor, a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or Radeon RX 570 graphics card, and 8 GB of RAM.
Recommended specs: Intel Core i7 6700 or AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, GeForce GTX 1660 or Radeon RX 5600 XT and 12 GB of RAM. The game takes up about 100 gigabytes of disk space.
