Cat Simulator is an experimental simulator of cat life centered around catching mice, collecting crunchy bones and destroying virtual property on every square meter.

Developers from Akadem GmbH propose to forget about boring cats, diligently begging for food and preferring to spend their lives in a sleeping state – in Cat Simulator you will have to rush around the apartment, spoil things, rearrange clothes and shoes, and also interfere at every step, turning virtual residents every day in hell.

Features

• Koto missions. The lion’s share of the gameplay is centered around collecting these items (the list is displayed at the start and changes periodically), destroying lamps, vases and books, and interacting with hidden objects marked on special maps. Despite the limitations of the proposed tasks, you will not be bored – after a short period of time the simulator becomes overgrown with additional elements of complexity and makes you not rest and have fun, but focus on victory.
• Chase. The developers in Cat Simulator on the computer attributed the pursuit of gray mice that settled in the house and crossed some rooms in random order to secondary missions. You have to hunt often, but there is no question of any real combat system: the main thing is to see the enemy on the map in time, and then make a fatal attack.
• Characters. The basic version of Cat Simulator on PC provides access to three cats (baleen heroes differ only in color and do not have non-standard abilities or unique characteristics). For those who have little added and additional characters – 6 more pieces. To unlock, you will have to pay from 1 to 5 dollars for the whole set at once.
• Complexity. Dealing with the incoming tasks in the Cat Simulator is hampered by the time counter, which makes you act quickly and accurately, and opponents appearing on the map (an unnamed hostess with a broom and an apron, and an angry bulldog), and even additional obstacles. As a result, within 10-15 minutes after the start, an easy walk on the map turns into an impassable test, where you have to give 100% every time.
• Updates. The technical implementation of the Cat Simulator game is still far from perfect – the developers from Akadem GmbH still have not coped with crashes and errors, frequently appearing advertisements and disappearing saves. Rare and innovations – after the release of additional content did not appear, which is a pity – new characters, challenges or at least a table with leaders would help breathe life into the arcade!

The events unfold in a stylishly furnished apartment, where an unnamed couple decided to have both a cat and a watchdog. An unusual neighborhood led to a war – a home defender always picks up an innocent cat and makes him move around the rooms in the video game Cat Simulator almost silently (or using special tools to distract attention). But, how can a real eared pest be able to sit still! Already 5 minutes after the start, it will not hurt to move someone else’s slippers under the bed, tear apart the sofa and catch a couple of mice. And the faster – the better: the owners do not sleep either and are diligently putting things in order around.

Despite the non-standard atmosphere and the frequent change of scenery (either you have to move around the kitchen, then the living room, basement and even the attic with dusty books and old cupboards), the entire gameplay comes down to the same principles and ideas. You will have to play Cat Simulator like this:

• Read information about the current mission. Tasks consist of 2-5 elements with varying degrees of importance. Collecting fish and catching mice, for example, is not necessary for the sake of victory, but to increase positions in the leaderboard. But spoiling sofas, dragging slippers and breaking vases is strategically important.
• Arm yourself with a strategy. Alternatively, in Cat Simulator, it will not hurt to find a special whistle that distracts the watchdog, or a piece of cheese that attracts the attention of mice. It will also be useful to memorize the “turns” and the interior of the virtual rooms. If you remember where the sofa is located, then you will have to experiment much less often.
• Take risks. If the time runs out much faster than the incoming tasks, then it is time to forget about all the objects and use a new tactic – to jump over the dog, slide along the windowsills and refrigerators. At some point, there will be a chance to remember every turn, which means that it will become even easier to move in unconventional ways!
