Elearn – This app has been tested by qualified labs and meets the intermediate level of the Mobile App Information Security Testing Standard.

Elearn belongs to the Civil Service Human Development Institute of the General Directorate of Personnel Management of the Executive Yuan. It combines the service “park of public services e-class + learning platform”. The main objects of service are civil servants throughout the country. It provides a variety of hands-on training so you can take training services with you!

Elearn Features

• To digitize learning, this feature includes physical learning, questionnaire and test completion, and a login mechanism that combines physical learning with mobile devices.

• Students can download files back to their mobile phones via the offline reading app.
