The basic technology is photoplethysmography (PPG), a non-invasive optical method. When the heart beats, blood is drawn into the tissue of the finger. The blood absorbs the light from the camera and helps us measure our pulse.

How to use CarePlix Vitals

Start scanning. Close the camera and blink until the signal strength is good. Once the signal level is good, the scan will start automatically, all you have to do is stay stable and wait 30-40 seconds for the scan to complete.

Now you have the opportunity to monitor your physical fitness and health every time using only your phone. Your resting heart rate is a measure of your heart condition. The better you get, the lower your heart rate will be.
