Instagram’s experimental graphics editor is designed for use on mobile platforms with iOS, Android and Windows Phone operating systems. There are no versions for computers, and the developers are unlikely to try to correct the situation soon. Indeed, in Boomerang, videos are generated in dynamics, from the front or main camera. And on computers, only a webcam is always at hand, and that one is not able to help in the preparation of at least some work.

Freely distributed by Boomerang – payments and subscriptions won’t come in handy. Registration before preparing videos is also not needed. The only thing that will have to be taken care of is authorization in those social networks where publications will be sent in the future. Choose from Facebook and Instagram. If publications are not needed, videos can be easily transferred to friends through instant messengers, or saved on internal or external memory.

The Boomerang editor collects mostly positive reviews and reviews online – commentators and critics appreciate the offered functionality, interface consistency, and the processing speed of the footage. But it is still impossible to call the assistant from Instagram perfect – on the Android mobile platform, technical problems occur with enviable regularity. Departures, errors, authorization problems – with each new update the situation becomes much worse, but the developers seem to be in no hurry to fix the state of affairs, and each time they add new effects or simplify the publishing process.
