Terraria for Android

terraria.org

Terraria is an adventure game in which you’ll have to fight dangerous creatures, build buildings, evolve, and more.

In this game, you can upgrade alone or play online with your friends. In a single player game, it is possible to create a small and expanded world. There you need to explore mines, find chests, various ores, destroy monsters, build a house for yourself, etc. For network play, of course, you need a Wi-Fi connection. It can be played by 4 people at the same time. This makes it easier to defeat bosses, develop, etc.

The advantages of playing Terraria are as follows:

  1. In the game Terraria, the user can meet a huge number of enemies – over 450 opponents.
  2. You can also find items that summon pets in chests. Some can walk with the player for beauty, while others can attack, absorb damage and more. There are more than 30 of them in the game, for example, you can take a slug, a spider and even the Android robot itself.
  3. It has more than 10 different blocks, thanks to which the user can build his own original home.
  4. Over 20 bosses can be encountered in the game.
  5. Very easy operation, even a beginner can handle it.

Terraria – every world is unique – from islands flying in the sky to the deepest level of the Underworld. Go to the ends of the world fighting evil bosses along the way. The whole world is your canvas and sandbox with adventures, you just have to hold out a pickaxe!

Terraria Features

When the world of steppes and deserts is already creeping under the feet of a character “freshly baked in the configurator”, Terraria immediately reveals itself from the position of infinite freedom of action, where the next 15 minutes of gameplay depend on the choice (although the cases when the participants stay in the virtual universe for such a short period – are extremely rare). Here on the way appeared a cave covered with vines, littered with unknown materials, from which a terrible howl of awakened zombies can be heard. Is it worth it to immediately embark on a battle, gather resources, look into every corner of a non-standard natural phenomenon? Or maybe you should walk on the ground, collect acorns and flowers, logs, and roots? Or is it time to organize a place to sleep?

Such questions cannot be answered at first glance, and therefore the Terraria sandbox turns into something in between, between a simulator of constant work, and a strategy that forces you to think over every step for lightning-fast functional progression. So, for example, the logs found will help to build the first torch, a defeated zombie and ore collected in the dungeons – to build a new pickaxe with increased characteristics and additional strength, and in a hastily built camp, no one bothers to put a chest and lay down the found belongings.

It is worth dealing with such things and new ideas are already looming on the horizon. There is a desire to go deeper underground, and dreams of meeting stronger enemies and the night that inexorably advances over the city. And, as practice suggests, literally every sandbox changes as the sun sets – both Minecraft and Terraria.

Bosses in Terraria

Strong (and often occupying half the screen) monsters appear after preparing special baits or at the moment of destruction of some objects. Completed bosses are a guideline that suggests the current strength of the character and the ability to move to new challenges, and therefore it is important not to rush and evenly explore the scenery around, opening equipment.

In total, there are a little more than 20 huge monsters in Terraria – some appear before “Hardmod” (Slug King, Eye of Cthulhu, Eater of Worlds, Queen of Bees, Wall of Flesh), others appear later (Gemini, Destroyer, Moon Lord). Some will have to meet depending on the upcoming events (Funeral Tree, Pumpkin King, Evil Spruce) or – thanks to a certain version of the sandbox. For example, Lepus and Indeicor are represented on mobile platforms.

Potions in Terraria

Consumable items that restore vitality, add mana, or apply special effects, both beneficial and negative. Most of the potions are located in dungeons or deep underground, but no one bothers to collect ingredients and prepare the desired potion manually. Terraria can tell you what things are needed, but almost always you will have to prepare a bottle or mug, and then all you have to do is turn to the guide to find recipes.

Terraria Armor

An openable inventory that reduces the amount of damage taken and imposes additional effects depending on the quality and complexity of forging. The list of armor is extensive – Wood, Ebony, Shadow, Copper, Tin, Pumpkin. It is important to remember that the set that gives out bonuses consists of 3 parts – a helmet, a breastplate and leggings. Alternatively, when preparing Pumpkin Armor, a 10% bonus to the damage dealt is given.

Characters in Terraria

NPCs (NPCs or non-playable characters) appear on the map after preparing a house in Terraria. It is important to prepare the walls (including background ones), a table, a chair and a light source placed anywhere in the prepared room. The minimum size of the room is 8×4. If the conditions are met, then the next day additional characters will appear (except for the Guide who appears immediately). Merchant, Weapon Dealer, Dryad, Nurse – beginners are able to sell equipment, heal, or discover new recipes.

Wings in Terraria

A special accessory that allows you to move through the air and float, reducing the chance of being damaged by falling. The wings are opened with the help of recipes, prepared resources and an obligatory workplace – a mithril or orichalcum anvil. Then it remains to cross the ingredients and you can equip the accessory on the character. The simplest way to prepare the wings is to add 20 Souls of Flight, 20 Souls of Light, and 10 Feathers together.
