The system was developed by information technology specialists in the government in collaboration with the personnel department. The system is expected to interoperate with other existing and future systems such as IFMIS, G-Pay, IRMIS and IPPD. The users of GHRIS are government managers, employees and the public who will benefit from a centralized, easily accessible, efficient and transparent system.
