What is ClickMeeting
This application is suitable for use on personal computers and mobile gadgets. For Android and iOS operating systems, a separate program is distributed in the respective stores, and the web version of the service plays the role of a desktop client. Start a conference in ClickMeeting
During the first launch, the program will prompt you to select a role as a participant or organizer, and then register. To start a web meeting, you will need to click on the “Urgent Conference” button, and the broadcast – “Start Event”. Then the online conference mode is triggered and you can start streaming.
The main window of the program also contains a button labeled “Join”. By clicking it and typing the event code sent by the organizer, you can become a participant in the ongoing conference. If you open the Your Events tab, ClickMeeting will show past and future meetings. It also suggests scheduling regular conferences. Also in the utility there is a separate tab “Files”. Stream control is performed by buttons, switches and other tools, which are divided into five separate tabs:
- The first one offers to start recording the stream by setting up the functioning of the microphone, selecting the camera, specifying the layout. Also in this section there is a chat and data about connected modules.
- The second tab is used to invite users to join the conference. The event can be sent to e-mail boxes or marked people in the contact list
- The third tab stores the modules displayed in the ClickMeeting workspace. Using its tools, you can insert a video from YouTube video hosting, make a block with questions and answers, design a presentation, conduct a survey, and perform many other operations.
- The fourth tab contains tools for configuring the program, and the fifth tab contains user information.

As a summary of the above information, we can say that ClickMeeting is a working tool that will become widespread during a pandemic, and not a highly specialized application. After all, hundreds of thousands of people have already managed to use it, and the number of active users is constantly increasing. And even the cheapest tariff is enough to hold a full-fledged conference via the Internet.
