Pokemon GO is a unique multiplayer role-playing strategy game dedicated to finding and collecting virtual Pokemon using GPS and augmented reality tools.

Registration is required: at the start, each participant must think over a virtual avatar, choosing the color of hair, eyes and skin, style and gait, and at the same time the design of the costume. You will also have to specify the name and enter the starting geographic coordinates to coordinate the place and time (the procedure is necessary for additional accuracy and non-standard calibration of the current GPS navigation).

After the hero of Pokemon GO appears in the main menu, the interface design will be transformed – a gear will be drawn on the screen leading to the settings, and a quick access panel that allows you to navigate to the collection of existing Pokemon, access the map, or send private messages to friends and colleagues.

Finding the Right Way

The map in Pokemon GO partially changes in real time (virtual pets move almost continuously and often take a logical and easily explainable geographical position: for example, water types of Pokemon are found near water bodies).

And half of it remains static and divided into PokéStops, where it is easy to buy potions and Pokeballs (spheres that will help you catch new pets), and Jims, where competitions are held in the king of the hill format and duels between active participants.

Both PokéStops and Pokemon GO jams are located near famous city attractions, which immediately catch the eye and, as if they serve as additional motivation to get out of the house, walk and get to fountains, monuments, parks or bodies of water. The global map on which the character is displayed will help you learn more about the location of points so important for interaction.

If the sights and bodies of water are a long passed stage, and there is a desire to replenish the collection of virtual pets, then you will have to go hunting. In Pokemon GO, such leisure is presented in a completely non-standard way. First, a notification appears on the smartphone screen, they say, there is an interesting copy nearby, which cannot be missed.

Then it remains to turn on the camera (the transition is carried out using a special interface button) and catch the image of the Pokemon in the frame. The last step is to throw the pokeball and enclose the find in the collection. The effectiveness of each throw depends on the strength of the Pokemon, available resources, active Pokemon GO Plus subscription, and even accuracy. However, in any case, you should not count on an unquestioning victory from the very first throw – you will have to spend resources here more often than you would like.
