Cell Lab for Android

Cell Lab is a simulator of the simplest organisms.

The game has 30 tasks to create organisms that can survive in various environmental conditions. For completing tasks, you will receive new genes that provide new opportunities. The game has an experiment mode in which you can set the parameters of the environment yourself and see how the cells you create will develop (or die). You can add random cells and see how the most viable ones mutate, creating an organism well adapted to the environment.

You can change the environment so that the cells begin to rebuild again, speed up the simulation, save and share the created with friends. The game does not accurately reproduce real biological processes. In the Cell Lab, each cell has one function (eating, moving, absorbing light, etc.). In nature, a cell performs several functions at once.

To make the game more interesting, biological precision had to be neglected. Also, for the convenience of the players, the cells in the game are divided very quickly. But the evolution of cells in the game is conveyed realistically. Cells adapt, compete with each other, reaching natural balance or dying out. The laws of physics are also observed, the law of conservation of energy, for example. Otherwise, cells could divide forever.
