Boomerang is a custom creative editor from the developers of Instagram that allows you to generate a short video that automatically plays back and forth.

In 99% of cases, content preparation via Boomerang occurs when using the front camera (the editor provides for the preparation of selfies and only in the last place you should count on interaction with the main camera to capture non-standard events) – the editor automatically snaps up to 10 pictures in a few seconds, and after – collects a video and offers to publish. The whole process takes a few seconds, because there are only two buttons in Boomerang, and each step is as predictable as possible.
