Avtoraqam is an application that allows you to participate in the auction of state license plates.

In pursuance of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 31, 2017 No. 683 “On improving the procedure for state registration and issuance of state registration plates for motor vehicles” increased payment rate for individuals and legal entities.

The new electronic trading mechanism, like other trading platforms of the UzEX, is based on the principles of openness, transparency, competition and equal access for all trading participants.
